Business develoopment support at key international event

Situation:  Investment fund and accelerator with a small internal team that assists portfolio companies with Business Development services, needed ground support at international partnering events. 

Solution:  During the participation to the BIO event, Zebra identified, invited and scheduled meetings with target companies for three different companies from client’s portfolio.  The meeting served as introductory presentation, discussion of partnering objectives and agreement on next steps.  Zebra managed the follow up process and subsequently transferred the active dialogues to the client. 

Value: The client was represented by Zebra’s team at the key event which took advantage of initiating dialogue with prospective partners in an time and cost efficient way while fully owning the process and the resulting outcome.
