Established EDR (Electronic Data Room) for due diligence

Situation:  A young and virtual European start up entered licensing discussions with an international pharmaceutical company around its clinical asset.  Both parties desired to expedite the review of confidential information that at such time was available but not properly digitized and protected.


Solution: Zebra worked with the client’s existing resources, internal and external, to review, select, digitize and protect relevant reports.  An electronic and interactive data room was built and shared with prospective partner.

Value: The client was able to engage the potential partner quickly and shared critical data while maintaining control over its use.  Zebra developed a standard and interactive template for the archiving of reports related to the specific product opportunity that is continuously used by the client to keep internal database updated and set up e-rooms quickly on as needed basis.
